Lauren is a Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in child and adolescent counseling, from Lewis University. Lauren primarily works with children, teens, and young adults dealing with various life stressors and concerns including anxiety, peer conflict, and life transitions. She strives to create an empathetic counseling environment and enjoys implementing play therapy activities with clients. Lauren’s goal is to educate and support clients in the development of positive thinking patterns, healthy coping skills, and improved communication with others. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exercising, and going to concerts.
